The initial psychotherapy assessment is a comprehensive session focused on understanding you as a whole person.
In this session, we will:
Explore your concerns, history, and current challenges
Identify goals for therapy
Discuss patterns related to emotions, relationships, and coping
Begin developing a therapeutic plan tailored to your needs
This session lays the foundation for meaningful and effective therapy.
Approaches may include:
Mindfulness-based therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-informed therapy, and existential psych

Individual Psychotherapy Follow-Up Sessions – 50 Minutes

In follow-up sessions, we may:
Develop practical skills for emotional regulation and stress management
Work with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship concerns

Explore meaning, values, and identity
Integrate spiritual or religious perspectives when desired
